Below the heading “Chants” in one of Donald’s small manuscript books of rough jottings stands a solitary double chant, in B minor – but what a little gem it is!

Although one of his larger rough books contains two pages of various chants, they are not in his hand and do not show his stylistic influence – these are almost certainly exercises by a beginner, and have not been catalogued.
